Bill extends Essential Air Service, continuing air service for small communities

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Dave Loebsack announced today that he will be presenting various military medals to Davenport Veteran Noel Komasa, on MONDAY, April 30th at 4:30pm. Komasa served in the Korean War and will be presented with the medals he earned in service to our nation, but never received. The presentation is open to the media.
