‘Healthcare Options for All Act’ will allow those with no options available on the Exchange to be able to still receive coverage

Washington, D.C. – Amid reports that Iowans who rely on healthcare insurance purchased through a state's exchange could be left without any options for coverage, Congressman Dave Loebsack today introduced legislation to protect Iowans where no coverage options may be available.

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Dave Loebsack announced today that he will be continuing his “Making It Work” tour in Davenport and Muscatine. There are many elements that make up the fabric of a community, including businesses, economic development groups, hospitals and local law enforcement agencies, all made possible by hardworking Iowans. Loebsack will travel across the state to meet with Iowans and discuss what it takes to make their community work.

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Dave Loebsack released the following statement after it was announced that Zachary Bunn was selected to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point next year. Bunn resides in Bettendorf and attends Bettendorf High School. He is the son of James and Lisa Bunn. Loebsack nominated Bunn last year with the final decision made by the Academy.

Bipartisan bill would cut Member pay for the first time since Great Depression

Washington, D.C. – March 30, 2017 - Congressman Dave Loebsack released the following statement today after a report from the Des Moines Register showed that the Federal Government could be on the hook to pay $225 million to the private, for-profit insurance companies who run Iowa’s privatized Medicaid program.

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Dave Loebsack will continue his Coffee with Your Congressman tour on SATURDAY, April 1st, with stops in Dewitt and Clinton. At each stop, Loebsack will mingle with local patrons at diners and coffee shops to chat one-on-one and hear directly from Iowans.
