Red Cross blood donation opportunities Oct. 1-15

Illinois Market (Sept. 25, 2017) — The American Red Cross urges eligible donors of all races and ethnicities to give blood to help ensure a diverse blood supply for patients in need.

Some blood types are unique to certain racial and ethnic groups, so a diverse blood supply is important to meeting the medical needs of an increasingly diverse patient population.

Illinois names financing team for $4.5 billion bond offering

Matthew Berger Named to Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa Spring 2017 Dean's List

[MAIN CAMPUS] DAVENPORT, IA (09/22/2017)-- Matthew Berger of Bettendorf, IA, a student in the Associate of Applied Science in Chiropractic Technology (AASCT) program at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, has been named to the Spring 2017 Dean's List.

To be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must achieve a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.50 in all studies for the respective term. The highest possible GPA is a 4.00.

ROCKFORD (Sept. 22, 2017) – Governor Bruce Rauner today signed HB 2527, amending the Illinois School Code to allow adults without high school degrees to acquire high school diplomas and allow for the creation of quality adult diploma programs.

19th Street and 7th Avenue Intersection Closure in Moline

MOLINE - Beginning Monday, Sept. 25, the intersection of 19th Street and 7th Avenue will be closed through early December to accommodate the future flow of traffic and to improve access to downtown Moline when the I-74 River Bridge is built. The Illinois Department of Transportation and the City of Moline are leading the road projects at and around this intersection.
