New Downtown Rock Island Mural-Unveiling Kicks Off Alternating Currents Festival

ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (August 18, 2021) — The unveiling of a new mural in Downtown Rock Island, inspired by a Rock Island High School student’s award-winning artwork, will serve as the official kick-off to this year’s Alternating Currents festival August 19-22 in the Quad Cities.
