MOUNT CARROLL, ILLINOIS (June 19, 2024) — Timber Lake Playhouse (TLP), the premier professional summer theatre of northwest Illinois, sets sail with the delightful, Tony Award-winning Anything Goes June 27 to July 7. This splendid madcap musical comedy stars Broadway’s Heather Parcells as Reno Sweeney and Scott Cote as “Moonface” Martin in a hilarious shipboard romp wrapped in one of Cole Porter's most magical scores.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (June 13, 2024) — The Black Box Theatre will be holding auditions for the US premiere of The Truth, described as a “brilliantly cruel comedy of the hypocrices [sic] which hold society together.”

Written by Florian Zeller and translated by Christopher Hampton, the production will be presented August 16-31.
