Headlining a special solo concert at Davenport's Raccoon Motel, Low Cut Connie frontman Adam Weiner will play from both his band's plethora of hits and his own repertoire on March 14, the artist's recent accomplishments including performing as part of the festivities for 46th President Joe Biden's inauguration and creating the variety show Tough Cookies, for which Weiner was dubbed “Pandemic Person of the Year” by The New Yorker for his ongoing efforts to raise spirits during the COVID-19 pandemic.
