Currently touring in support of their 2022 release ILYSM, a recording that inspired Pitchfork magazine to state that "it shines bright and it soothes an aching soul," the indie rockers of Wild Pink play a May 2 headlining concert at Davenport's Raccoon Motel, their previous album A Billion Little Lights also hailed by Stereogum as “one of the most exquisitely pretty rock albums in recent memory.”

Currently touring in celebration of the band's remarkable 50th year of professional performance, the rockers of Cheap Trick take the stage at Davenport's Rhythm City Casino Resort Event Center on April 21, treating fans of the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers to nostalgic performances of classics including "I Want You to Want Me," "Surrender," and "The Flame."

Two of the most influential and wildly popular hard-rock acts of all time will be celebrated at East Moline venue The Rust Belt on April 22, when the venue presents a special co-headlining event boasting the thrashing talents of KISS tribute artists the KISS Army, and the AC/DC-fueled rockers of Electric Shock.

With his most recent album Reggae Film Star lauded by Pitchfork for its "prismatic harmonies and piano flourishes" and by Americana UK for its "painfully sweet melodies," indie-rocker Damien Jurado headlines an April 27 concert at Davenport's Raccoon Motel, the singer/songwriter praised by Exclaim.ca for "his ability to express emotions, truths and transcendent moments through brief character studies."

With their 2021 studio-debut album Fits of Laughter hailed by Atwood magazine as "a dazzling, soothing, and rip-roaring psych-rock immersion," the talents of Bendigo Fletcher headline a concert at Davenport's Raccoon Motel on April 21, their professional plaudits including a Tinnitist rave for "the band's gorgeously jangly collision of country and folk-rock and dreamy psychedelia."

For their final concert events of the 2022-23 season, Galesburg's professional vocal ensemble the Nova Singers will present an entire repertoire of works by women composers in A Voice of Her Own, boasting pieces by Medieval wonder Hildegard of Bingen, 17th-century prodigy Vittoria Aleotti, 19th-century geniuses Fanny Mendelssohn Hensel and Clara Schumann, and modern-day talents Abbie Betinis, Joan Szymko, and Hyo-Won Woo.

Lauded by PopMatters for “the band's playfulness with both sound design and the use of sound effects,” the Los Angeles-based experimental rockers of Xiu Xiu headline an April 27 Rozz-Tox concert in support of their March release Ignore Grief, a recording that incorporates violins, violas, cellos, double bass, flutes, and piano in addition electronic percussion, synthesizers, gongs, and found objects.

Boasting a discography encompassing more than two decades and collaborations with diverse artists ranging from The Doors and Eminem to Boyz II Men, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, hip-hop and rap artist Tech N9ne plays East Moline's The Rust Belt on April 15, the musician currently touring nationally in support of his most recent release Asin9ne.
