CORALVILLE, IOWA (June 16, 2020) — The Iowa Women’s Foundation (IWF) is currently accepting Letters of Interest (LOI) for the Building Community Child Care Solutions Fund (BCCCSF). This fund is in its fourth year and is designated to improving the lives of Iowa’s women and girls through efforts directly related to creating solutions to the child-care crisis.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (June 10, 2020) — The Quad Cities Chamber has partnered with Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) to offer ten students limited, no-cost access into their Manufacturing Awareness Program “25 in 25.”

The 90-day free online-training program provides full access to self-paced learning modules for exploring and earning certifications toward a career in manufacturing. It includes 25 different courses, each lasting no more than one hour.
