RIVERDALE, IOWA (November 17, 2025) — The next quarterly meeting of the Quad Cities Flood Resiliency Alliance will be held on Thursday, November 20, 3PM, in the City Hall Community Room in Riverdale, Iowa. The Alliance is a forum for timely and educational information on flood prevention, mitigation, flood insurance, and floodplain management and is open to the public. NORTH LIBERTY, CEDAR RAPIDS, MUSCATINE, and DENVER, IOWA (November 14, 2025) — Iowa Donor Network (IDN) will honor Natalie McCleary and April Wilson on the 2026 OneLegacy Donate Life Rose Parade Float in Pasadena, California, on January 1. McCleary, an organ donor from Fruitland, Iowa, will be remembered with a floragraph portrait on the float. Wilson, a two-time living donor from Denver, Iowa, will proudly walk alongside the float as it travels down Colorado Boulevard on New Year’s Day.

BETTENDORF, IOWA (November 13, 2025) — Due to popular demand, the Quad Cities Community Foundation will once again offer two flagship educational programs in 2026 through the Hunt and Diane Harris Center for Nonprofit Excellence. The Effective Nonprofit Management Cohort and the Strong Board Governance series will both be offered through a series of sessions beginning on January 15, 2026, and running throughout the year.
