WEST DES MOINES, IOWA (September 4, 2025)  With the first full week of the college football season on the horizon, Iowa Farm Bureau and University of Iowa are offering Hawkeye fans a chance to win four tickets and on-field sideline access to the America Needs Farmers (ANF) game on October 18 against Penn State University.

BETTENDORF, IOWA (September 4, 2025) — The Downtown Bettendorf Organization (DBO) celebrated the completion of a new mural, Arches, by artist William Gustafson with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 312 17th Street in Downtown Bettendorf.

The mural depicts the evolution of Bettendorf’s past, present, and future through a series of arches.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (September 2, 2025) — Ann McGlynn, Executive Director, Tapestry Farms and Ailson Niebuhr, Seasonal Farm Manager, will present Tapestry Farm’s use of cover crops, tarping, crop rotation, and other methods to build soil health while feeding the community.
