BETTENDORF, IOWA (June 30, 2021) — United Way Quad Cities has announced it has issued $2.9 million in grants to 54 local non-profits, grassroots organizations, and others serving the residents of Scott and Rock Island counties. The Strategic Impact Grants are being awarded to advance equity and improve education, income, and health outcomes in the Quad Cities.

With up to $15,000 in funding available for each project, the grants provide powerful support for investments in equipment and technology, training for staff and board members, and strategic planning work, among other areas.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (June 11, 2021) — The Moline Foundation Board approved $294,500 in grant funding for 48 area non-profit organizations. The Moline Foundation accepted applications for operating support along with the traditional funding areas of capital and program expenses.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (June 8, 2021) — The Ridgecrest Foundation is honored to host what they are calling a “Welcome Home Social” on Friday, June 25, 2021, at Ridgecrest Village. To fund this spectacular event, earlier this year the Ridgecrest Foundation hosted its first-ever online auction. The goal was to raise enough funds to host this Welcome Home Social. It has succeeded. The Ridgecrest Foundation had some funds donated to the Life Enrichment Projects for events like this.
