DAVENPORT, IOWA (October 18, 2021) — Friendly House participates in the federally-funded Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) by offering services to registered home child-care providers. Providers in Scott County can receive reimbursement for nutritious meals and snacks provided to children in their care.  Children cannot be charged an additional fee for any food served in these programs.

BETTENDORF, IOWA (October 11, 2021) — The Bettendorf Rotary is determined to make sure every homeless person in the Quad Cities has a blanket this winter. According to the nonprofit shelters in our area, blankets are the number one requested item.

MOLINE, ILLINOIS (October 5, 2021) — The East Moline Community Fund Committee has approved $17,050 in funding for 15 area non-profit organizations.
