DES MOINES, IOWA (October 17, 2025) — Governor Kim Reynolds will sign an extension of the proclamation relating to the weight limits and transportation of grain, fertilizer, and manure.

The proclamation will be effective Saturday, October 18, 2025, and continue through November 17, 2025.
