Iowa’s Unemployment Rate Holds Steady at 2.4 Percent in April

Iowa Department of Revenue Extends Tax-Filing Deadline for Flood Disaster Areas

DES MOINES, IOWA (May 10, 2019) — In response to Governor Reynolds' recent disaster declarations for five additional Iowa counties — Clinton, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott, and Wapello — the Iowa Department of Revenue has granted an extension and suspension of any penalty or interest for taxpayers whose principal residence or business is located in these counties.
