Free Yard Waste Week This Week (June 19th - June 23rd)

To assist residents with cleanup efforts following last week's storm, the City is waiving the yard waste sticker requirement for all yard wastes placed for collection the week of June 19th through June 23rd. Yard wastes must still be placed in a Kraft-ply bag for collection.

Gov. Reynolds appoints Jerry Foxhoven as director of Iowa Department of Human Services

WEST LAKE PARK ROAD CLOSURE for the QC TRIATHLON

The Scott County Conservation Board will be hosting the QC Triathlon on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at West Lake Park. Roads going into and out of the park, to include 110th Ave, will be closed at times to traffic during the race. The race starts at 7:00am and the park is normally clear by noon. Summit Campground (located in Gate #1) is used for parking participants and spectators, along with all other available parking.
