DES MOINES, IOWA (July 3, 2024) — The Iowa Finance Authority Board of Directors today awarded a total of more than $10.6 million in federal housing tax credits to support the construction and rehabilitation of a total of 404 affordable rental homes for Iowans. The awards were made to ten rental housing projects located in Burlington, Charles City, Davenport, Des Moines, Jefferson, Knoxville, Mount Pleasant, Oskaloosa, and Spirit Lake.

WATERLOO, IOWA (July 1, 2024) — The annual Marching Against the Darkness Drill Team Competition takes place at the Young Arena in downtown Waterloo, Iowa, on Saturday, July 13, 2024. DAVENPORT, IOWA (June 3, 2024) — Downtown Davenport Partnership (DDP) is pleased to announce a record $165,600 of property improvement grants were awarded to fifteen buildings in 2023-2024, leveraging over $1.6 million in private investment.
