PORT BYRON, IL - The Nick Teddy Foundation is teaming up with the Quad City Mallards on Friday, March 24, at the iWireless Center, with puck drop at 7:05 PM. The Mallards will battle the
Fort Wayne Komets.

The foundation’s namesake, Port Byron native Nick Strub, was a hockey player with the Quad Cities Ice Eagles from 1996-1999. He died of Ewing’s sarcoma in 2011 at age 29.
