In the augmented reality adventure, “Air, Land & Sea,” you will experience an ever-changing watering hole and interact with a diverse range of animals from Africa to the Artic as you "touch the untouchable" ONLY at the Putnam.

 Augmented reality uses the existing environment and overlays new information on top of it to create a photo-real 3D experience.

Cultural Center Displays Panoramic Display

DES MOINES, IA (08/08/2017) (readMedia)-- The Patty and Jim Cownie Cultural Center will be filled with art and hands-on learning at the 2017 Iowa State Fair. Home to Iowa's largest art show, the Cultural Center features Make and Take projects, art activities, a 150 foot Panoramic Photo Display, a painting class and much more.

Davenport, IA (September 8 from 6 to 9 p.m.)  Beréskin Fine Art Gallery and Studio is excited to announce their new location in the former Foster music building 2967 State Street Bettendorf. Beréskin will be sharing space with the new Mississippi Bend AEA STEM Lead Coordinator, Aaron Maurer. The two groups will be partnering to develop art programs for students pre-k through Middle School. 

On exhibit from August 25 through October 13, 2017, will be artworks by 23 regional artists in an exhibition titled “Out and About.” For the first time, Quad City Arts and MidCoast Fine Arts are collaborating to produce a bi-state, regional art competition and exhibition.
