The staff at the Muscatine Art Center is busy preparing for upcoming events this holiday season! Our annual event, Sunday with Santa, is set for December 3rd. The Gingerbread House workshop will be held Saturday, December 9th, and returning this year, the Kids Pajama Party, will take place Thursday, December 14th.

Bettendorf, IA (December 1, 2017, 6 to 9 p.m.) Artwork from the "Art Meets the River" calendar will be on exhibit through the holidays at the Beréskin Gallery and Art Academy. The third year of the project features five local artists utilizing different art forms to further showcase the talent in the Quad Cities. "Many local artists use our environment as inspiration so it seemed fitting to represent different art mediums in the project." says project coordinator and artist Heid Brandt.

Tribal representatives will take part in special National Native American Heritage Month presentation of the film

October 31, 2017 (Davenport, Iowa) – Kelly and Tammy Rundle of Fourth Wall Films are pleased that their new documentary Good Earth: Awakening the Silent City will be showcased during National Native American Heritage Month at the Putnam Museum’s National Geographic GIANT Screen on Sunday, November 5th at 2 p.m.
