WEST DES MOINES, IOWA (February 5, 2025) — Des Moines University Medicine and Health Sciences and Hawkeye Community College's Health Sciences have formed an alliance to increase health sciences education in the state of Iowa.

The partnership with Hawkeye Community College, located in Waterloo, Iowa, will provide a more streamlined pathway for students interested in occupational therapy to train and practice.

ATLANTA, GEORGIA (February 4, 2025) — Shreya Khurjekar of Bettendorf, Iowa, has earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Highest Honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.

Khurjekar was among approximately 6,400 undergraduate and graduate students to be presented Georgia Tech degrees during the Institute's 267th Commencement exercises December 12-14, 2024, at McCamish Pavilion (PhD and Bachelor's) and Bobby Dodd Stadium (Master's).
