IOWA (February 15, 2019) — Education is about opportunities. It’s about a better future for Iowans, families, and communities. When the Legislature takes up school funding, I think about how we can create the best opportunities and the brightest future.

That’s why I supported increasing funding by 3 percent for schools next year.

DAVENPORT, IOWA (February 15, 2019) — Scott County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections Roxanna Moritz announced today her office has ballots available for absentee/early voting in the March 5, 2019 special election to fill the vacancy on the Bettendorf city council for the Third Ward seat. Voters can request that ballots be mailed to them or they can vote in-person at the Auditor’s Office.
